We offer 2 shipping options:

- You can have your order sent as a letterbox package. This costs €4.25 and is traceable, so we always offer a solution if your order gets lost. This shipping option is free from €60.

- In addition, you can have your order sent as normal letterbox post, using stamps. This is not traceable! Because of this, we are NOT responsible if your order gets lost. This is therefore at your own risk.

Shipping costs for all other countries within Europe are €6.60 and are traceable. Here too, all shipping is free for orders over €60!

Order placed before 15:00 ? Your order will be shipped the same business day!

Delivery is via PostNL . In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.

Still not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days after receipt you have the possibility to return the product. The refund will take place within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return.

Download the return form HERE . This must be filled in and enclosed with your return! If you do not do this, we will not be able to process your return. All instructions and the return address are also stated here.

The product must meet the following requirements:

• The jewelry is in original condition and undamaged (no makeup stains, no damage).
• If the returned product is damaged without us being notified in advance, this will constitute a reduction in value and you will not receive the full amount back.
• The jewelry will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.

What do you get in return?

• You will receive the purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) back after receiving your return. If the entire order is returned, the full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded.

Where will you receive the refunded amount?

• We will refund the amount in the same way you paid.

Which shipper are you sending the return via?

• All our orders fit through the letterbox and are therefore sent with PostNL. We recommend that you also send your return as letterbox post with tracking. If there is no tracking on your return shipment and it gets lost, we cannot do anything for you.

Return costs:

• Our products are offered at a competitive price. This means that the return costs are at your own expense and we hope for your understanding.
• The cost for a letterbox package within the Netherlands via PostNL is €4.25
• Please keep your proof of postage until we have fully processed your return.
