We offer 2 shipping options, 1 of which is free. This is if you want your order delivered without track & trace, so just with the letterbox post. In addition, we also offer tracked free shipping on all orders over €60 .

Our jewelry is made of high-quality stainless steel , making it 100% water, sweat and heat resistant. This ensures that they do not discolour and remain beautiful for a long time.

We have some jewelry available that is made of copper or alloy . These are NOT water resistant. If this is the case, it is clearly stated in the product description.

Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day. This means you can usually wear your jewelry the next business day.

If you place your order during the weekend, it will be delivered on Tuesday. This is because all our packages fit through the letterbox, and PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays :)

Although our jewelry is water resistant, we recommend avoiding contact with harsh chemicals and storing it in a dry place when not wearing to maintain its shine.

We supply a cleaning cloth with every order. This allows you to polish your items as soon as the jewellery becomes a bit dull, so that they shine beautifully again.

If you buy a piece of jewelry made of copper or alloy, we recommend at all times NOT to bring it into contact with water. So do not wear it while showering, swimming, exercising, etc. Copper and alloy can also cause an irritated skin care if you are sensitive to it!
