Shipping:
Shipping costs are €4.25. All shipments from 80 euros (within the Netherlands & Belgium) are free. For orders to Belgium, shipping costs are €6.60.

The packages are shipped via PostNL and shipped & delivered to your home within 1-2 working days.

Not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days after receipt you have the possibility to return the product. The refund will take place within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return.

Download the return form HERE . This must be filled in and enclosed with your return! If you do not do this, we will not be able to process your return. All instructions and the return address are also stated here.

The product must meet the following requirements:

• The jewelry is in original condition and undamaged (no makeup stains, no damage).


• If the returned product is damaged without us being notified in advance, this will constitute a reduction in value and you will not receive the full amount back.


• The jewelry will be returned to us with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

What do you get in return?

• You will receive the purchase amount (excl. shipping costs) back after receiving your return. If the entire order is returned, the full purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded.

Where will you receive the refunded amount?

• We will refund the amount in the same way you paid.

Which shipper are you sending the return via?

• All our orders fit through the letterbox and are therefore sent with PostNL. We recommend that you also send your return via PostNL.

Return costs:

• The products are offered for a competitive price. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the return costs of your return to us. These costs are for your own account and we hope for your understanding.


• The cost for a letterbox package via PostNL is €4.25


• Please keep your proof of postage until we have fully processed your return.
